Welcome to Bridgeway Partners Group (“BPG,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By partnering with BPG or using our operational and sales support services (“Services”), you (“Partner,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
 

1.1 BPG provides turnkey backend infrastructure, operational support, team building, marketing, and training services to independent financial sales professionals and small teams to enable rapid capital-raising company launches and scaling.

1.2 We deliver fully operational sales companies within 5–7 business days from contract execution, including CRM access, telephony setup, custom websites, AI agent creation (if applicable), marketing campaign management, and ongoing sales training.
 

2.1 BPG Partners: Receive full operational support and earn $0.50 per every $1 raised.
2.2 Co-Partners: Receive operational support with adjusted benefits and earn $0.35 per every $1 raised.

2.3 Eligibility, onboarding, and level assignment will be determined by BPG based on business needs, experience, and mutual agreement.
 

3.1 Commissions are calculated weekly and paid every Thursday via Bank-to-Bank transfer or USDT (cryptocurrency), based on verified capital raised.

3.2 Payments are subject to verification and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3.3 BPG reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments if fraudulent activities or breaches of these Terms occur.
 

4.1 You agree to actively participate in sales activities, use provided systems ethically and responsibly, and comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements related to capital raising.

4.2 You must maintain confidentiality of any proprietary systems, documents, or trade secrets shared by BPG.

4.3 Partners agree not to misuse BPG’s marketing materials, technology, or client data.

5.1 All intellectual property rights in operational tools, software, training materials, marketing assets, and AI agents provided by BPG remain the exclusive property of BPG.

5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials strictly for your partnership activities.
 

6.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged.

6.2 BPG collects and processes personal and operational data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and BPG’s Privacy Policy.
 

7.1 The partnership commences on the effective date of agreement and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

7.2 BPG may terminate or suspend your partnership immediately for breach of these Terms, unethical conduct, fraud, or violation of laws.

7.3 Upon termination, you must cease use of BPG systems, return or destroy proprietary materials, and settle any outstanding payments.
 

8.1 BPG provides operational infrastructure and support “as is” without guarantees of financial results or capital raised.
8.2 To the maximum extent allowed by law, BPG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from partnership or use of services.
 

9.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing financial sales, capital raising, and marketing.
9.2 BPG reserves the right to audit or review your activities to ensure compliance.
 

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama.

10.2 Any disputes arising shall be resolved through good faith negotiations or binding arbitration in Panama City, Panama.
 

BPG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms with prior notice. Continued partnership use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
